Design & Development

We believe that innovation begins with strong design and development. Our in-house engineering team brings together decades of experience, technical precision, and creativity to deliver tailor-made solutions that meet the functional and quality expectations of our global clients. We custom design dies, jigs, and fixtures to support forging, machining, and assembly operations. We offer VAVE solutions by re-engineering existing parts to reduce material usage, simplify machining processes, or optimize assembly without compromising quality of the products but to ultimately share the cost benefits with our customers.


Cold Forging

Equipped with 5 station horizontal part formers and vertical presses up to 400 tons, we specialize in precision cold forging process that helps in manufacturing forged components with minimal post machining. This helps us deliver products with exceptional strength, tight tolerances, and superior surface finishes without the need for excessive machining at a very competitive pricing. Our cold forging capabilities support high-volume production of complex components with outstanding mechanical properties and dimensional consistency. Our expertise in metals includes Aluminium, carbon steel, alloy steel.


Precision Machining

With over 100 + machineries that includes Multi spindle lathes, CNCs, Multi axis VMCs, sliding heads, Custom double spindle machines, milling machines, grinding machines, rolling machines and other custom machining facilities we have exclusive cells formed to produce both high volume and low volume parts with high accuracy. We have consistently invested in new gen machining facilities and digital automation that integrates multiple processes which helps us to reduce process cycles and stay competitive in pricing thereby positioning our leadership in the segment.


Surface treatment

We have a separate plant for surface treatment, equipped with fully automated Vat & Barrel lines offering new gen Zinc iron plating, zinc nickel plating, Trivalent plating, soft chrome plating & SS passivation. Our stringent quality controls were met by integrating the automated lines with Scada supervision which helps us to provide consistent, superior quality surface finishes. With our current capacity of 3000 tons per annum we offer surface treatment services as job order exclusively to our clients.


Assembly, testing & Validation

We have dedicated sub assembly lines exclusively created for sub assembly services and for assembling our fluid conveyance products. We also have dedicated test rigs that includes dry & wet leak test chamber, Pressure test rig, in house lab for precision measurement, laser marking facility for traceability, with which we ensure our products are put to rigours testing & validation in order to achieve defect free products are delivered with high standards to our customers.
